Processes and procurement

MapeIA

Voice and text interviews that structure processes, responsibilities and documentation to guide execution.

The challenge

An operation’s know-how is usually scattered across people, conversations and documents. Turning it into a clear process takes questions, organization and validation.

The solution

An AI-assisted mapping project that runs interviews, checks whether the information is complete and organizes flowcharts, SIPOC, SOPs and RACI. Work in Jira starts as a draft and is opened only after approval.

The flow starts by interviewing the people who know the work. Text or voice answers feed a shared information structure, while completeness rules point out what still needs to be clarified. This gives the documentation an organized basis for discussing activities, inputs, outputs and responsibilities with the people involved.

The same discovery can support different deliverables: a flowchart to talk through the sequence of work, an SOP to record how the work is done or a RACI matrix to make responsibilities explicit. When the topic becomes a project, the Jira draft keeps an approval step. The business value lies in connecting diagnosis, documentation and next steps.

What the project brings together

  • Text and voice interviews
  • Rule-based completeness checks
  • Flowcharts, SIPOC, SOPs and RACI
  • Jira drafts with approval
